The Rotala group operates 8 commercial services as CentralConnect, 3 as WessexConnect and 15 as Red and Black Diamond.

Alongside offering value-for-money regular tickets, Rotala often advertises regular seasonal offers to help persuade members of the public out of their cars and on to public transport.

Recently re-designed and regularly updated websites allow us to stay in touch with our users; we offer a range of services from daily updates on route changes to online sales.

Our web-based customer service ticketing system allows our dedicated team of customer service advisors to log suggestions, comments and complaints to a database where replies, follow-ups and comments are stored on one file; this prompts updates as and when new information becomes available. Our customers can be sure that we take their views seriously and deal with them in a timely and efficient manner.
