April 2022 - Acquisition of the bus business of Claribels Coaches Ltd, West Midlands.
May 2022 - Aquisition of the bus business 'Excelbus' of Johnsons Coaches of Henley.
August 2022 - Aquisition of Midland Classic Ltd, Burton on Trent.
2024
January 2024 - Rotala Plc is aquired by Rotala Group Ltd, is delisted from AIM and becomes Rotala Limited.
